After months of his famous family's constant concern about his health, Rob Kardashian has finally agreed to check into a treatment facility to help him cope with his substance abuse issues as well as depression, according to InTouch.


The paper claims the reality star is looking at Bridges to Recovery, referring to a Beverly Hillsresidential treatment center catering to those suffering from mental health and addiction problems.

Approved by Russian president, Vladimir Putin, the ban starts today, August 7th, and will last for one year.

Liberia Declares State of Emergency over Ebola Virus

Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf has declared a 90-day state of emergency in the wake of the country’s soaring Ebola death toll, which is now at 271, including 32 health care workers.

According to their Information Minister Lewis Brown, President Sirleaf has described the Ebola epidemic as a clear and present danger to the collective survival of the Liberian state.


“The president is responding to the grave situation we now confront. It is obviously a clear and present danger to the collective survival of our nation, and she has elevated our national emergency to this very high level,” he said.

Federal Government Begs for Ebola Drug From US Centre

The Federal Government says it has reached out to the United States Centre for Disease Control to request for the unapproved Ebola drug Zmapp, for the treatment of affected persons in Nigeria. Talking to reporters after the Federal Executive Council meeting which held in Abuja on Wednesday, the Minister of Information, Mr Labaran Maku and the Minister of Health, Professor Onyebuchi Chukwu, said the government was awaiting the response of the request it made last night to the centre in the US.

Ghana Bans Flights From Nigeria Over Ebola Scare

Reports reaching us have it that Ghana has banned flights from its West African neighbours - Nigeria, Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia over the Ebola virus scourge.
Speaking on the development, Charles Asare, Managing Director of the Ghana Airport Company, said the measure was part of a set of emergency management plans officials are rolling out to combat the spread of the virus. This is according to Sahara Reporters.

 Ibrahim, whose sentence was overturned a few weeks ago, didn’t speak with the media.

With temperatures reaching an uncomfortable 34C outside, the boys used only 'polyethylene film and tape' to transform their carpeted lounge into a swimming pool several feet deep.
